This Sig Sauer P220, serial G207789, is a West German-made pistol from 1992 with a 4.4-inch barrel and a full-size steel frame. It is a double-action, hammer-fired design with a manual decocking lever and wears Hogue rubber grips. The supplier rates the bore as excellent and the overall condition as very good, with light marks on the finish throughout. The title lists .45 ACP while the supplier's notes record this example as 9mm, so ask us to confirm the chambering before you order.

In Illinois a full-size steel-frame P220 fits best as a home-defense or range pistol for a shooter who prefers a hammer-fired double action with a decocker over a striker gun. The Hogue rubber grips fill the hand, and the steel frame adds weight that helps settle the pistol between shots. The finish wear is cosmetic by the supplier's description; the bore and the action are the parts that count, and both are rated at the top of the scale.
