A modern-production Benelli M4 in 12 gauge, serial Y070559C, with an 18.5-inch barrel, a removable choke and a chamber for 2 3/4 and 3-inch shells. It is set up in the military and security pattern: Picatinny rail, ghost-ring rear sight, extended magazine tube and a telescoping stock with 14 3/8 inches of pull. The supplier reports a very good bore, some marks on the finish and very good overall condition.

In Illinois this is a home-defense shotgun first, and the ghost-ring sight and rail suit that work. Because it is a 12 gauge, slugs make it legal for the firearm deer seasons of November 20 to 22 and December 3 to 6, 2026, if you draw a county permit through the IDNR lottery; the removable choke lets you match the barrel to the load. The telescoping stock adjusts the fit for different shooters in the household, and the finish marks are honest wear on a gun built to be used.
