This is a Chinese-made shoulder stock for the C96 Broomhandle pattern pistol, a copy rather than an original, and it carries Chinese character stampings. The supplier rates it in good condition but notes two things up front: it may need fitting to your particular gun, and the lid spring is missing. It is catalogued as militaria and sold as used.

For an Illinois collector of Broomhandle militaria, a Chinese copy stock with character stampings fills out a display around a Chinese-marked pistol or stands on its own as a piece of that history. Expect to do some fitting work if you want it to mate properly to a specific gun, and plan on sourcing a lid spring if you want the lid to close under tension. Before attaching any shoulder stock to a handgun, confirm that your particular pistol and stock combination is allowed under federal and Illinois rules.
