Serial no. 32C9450. Manufactured in 1942 by Savage Arms, chambered in .303 British, 25″ round barrel. Bore is bright with strong, well-defined rifling noted. The bolt is non-matching. The left side of the receiver is import marked, while the original factory and military markings remain sharp and clearly visible. The stock remains in good condition with only light handling and service impressions noted. Manufactured in the United States under the Lend-Lease program, Savage No.4 rifles represent an interesting combination of American production and British Commonwealth WWII service. Action is smooth and functions correctly.
